High-resolution aerial and exterior capture of commercial buildings and sites, delivered as organized visual reference. Every package documents the full envelope of the structure, from rooftop to facade to site context, and is delivered through secure digital access.
Square footage below refers to approximate building footprint and exterior capture area, not total interior or leasable square footage.

Interior Capture is scoped separately from Visible-Light Full-Envelope Documentation. Book it as a standalone engagement for warehouses, production spaces, mezzanines, atriums, and high-bay interiors, or combine it with an exterior capture for coordinated property documentation.

Available when interior capture is completed during the same mobilization as a Visible-Light Full-Envelope Documentation engagement. Final pricing depends on the number of interior zones, facility conditions, access requirements, and deliverables.
Consistent visual documentation captured across a project, facility, or property lifecycle.
The initial engagement establishes the capture locations, route, framing, naming structure, and delivery standard. Subsequent visits reproduce that baseline wherever site conditions permit, creating a consistent visual record over time.
Custom recurring rate, scoped per engagement
Recurring programs are priced according to facility size, capture frequency, project duration, access requirements, and the consistency of the requested deliverables.

Interior capture requires property authorization and a controlled operating environment. Client personnel remain responsible for facility access, operational shutdowns, employee coordination, and disclosure of site-specific hazards.
Delivery
Deliverables are processed and delivered within 3 business days of the flight date.
Retention & Hosting
Deliverables are hosted and accessible to the client for 12 months from the delivery date. Retention terms beyond that window are confirmed at engagement.
Base Scope Assumptions
Published pricing assumes one scheduled mobilization, normal site access, standard daylight operating conditions, client authorization secured before arrival, no specialized shutdown or lift coordination, standard editing and processing, and delivery within the standard production window.
Final pricing may change when site conditions, access requirements, safety needs, deliverable complexity, or client-requested revisions exceed the agreed scope.
Imagery and video are provided for visual documentation, remote reference, planning, and communication. Unless specifically contracted, deliverables are not engineering-certified, diagnostic, survey-grade, or intended to replace evaluation by a licensed building, safety, or engineering professional.
Final pricing may vary based on: number and height of structures, roof and facade complexity, site access, airspace restrictions, required model resolution, video editing requirements, and travel or repeat mobilization.
