This policy covers information collected through the contact form on abovewithin.co. It does not cover imagery or data captured during a flight engagement, which is addressed separately in our Professional Standards.
When you submit the contact form, we collect the information you provide: name, email address, phone number (optional), company (optional), project or property location, service interest, timeline, and any project details you enter in the free-text field.
This information is used to evaluate the scope of your request and respond with pricing, feasibility, and scheduling. If you engage Above + Within LLC for a project, the same information is used to plan and deliver that engagement.
Form submissions are processed through Web3Forms and delivered directly to our business email. We do not maintain a separate marketing database or CRM, and we do not use this information for advertising or resale.
We do not sell or share your information with third parties. It is used only to respond to your inquiry and, if you engage us, to deliver the project.
Submissions are retained as ordinary business correspondence for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and, if applicable, for the duration of the engagement and standard business recordkeeping afterward.
