High-Resolution Aerial Imagery
Full-envelope imaging of the property exterior, including structure, grounds, and surrounding site conditions, captured in a single flight. Exterior imagery is georeferenced and timestamped.

Interior & High-Bay Capture
Warehouses, mezzanines, high-bay storage, and hard-to-access interior spaces, documented to consistent documentation standards. Interior capture is not georeferenced.

Edited Flyover Video
A short, edited flyover of the site: context and scale that stills alone can't give you, ready to share as-is.

Navigable 3D Reference Model
A navigable 3D reference model supporting visual review and approximate measurements, available as an add-on for any Visible Light engagement.

Capture Manifest
A record of exactly what was captured: flight date and time, weather, equipment, image and video counts, a shot index, and file references for the imagery archive and, when included, the 3D model.
Deliverables support visual review and documentation. They are not a substitute for licensed surveying, engineering, or code inspection.

Scope & Quote
Property details, access, and objectives confirmed. Pricing and timeline set before scheduling.
Authorization & Airspace Clearance
Property access confirmed and, where required, FAA airspace authorization obtained through LAANC ahead of the flight.
Flight Operations
Capture conducted under FAA Part 107 rules, following a standard pre-flight and safety process.
Processing & Delivery
Deliverables are processed and delivered within 3 business days of the flight date.
Standards
Pricing
Visible Light starts at $575 for a single structure up to 50,000 sq ft. Interior Capture starts at $450 for a single zone up to 20,000 sq ft. A navigable 3D reference model is available as an add-on on any Visible Light engagement for +$275. Repeat and progress-capture engagements are priced as a custom recurring rate.
